Farewell at the Pavilion · Kunqu brief, 2:20 edition
长亭送别 · 昆曲方向2:20版
2026-08-19 · 2:20
Autumn clouds, southbound geese and a distant pavilion bring farewell close.

The original Suno source remains available alongside the listening options here.
Keep the sunset a little longer; slow the departing steps.
Kunqu-inspired Chinese arrangement brief · qudi and light paiban
The autumn view is wide, while a late meeting and a swift departure compress time. Horse and carriage movement, and the sound of someone leaving, give reluctance physical form. Repeated questions about who understands this grief are passed towards dusk.
This 2:20 source uses water-polished Kunqu singing, recitative into song, a free opening and long tail notes as its public arrangement direction, with qudi, pipa, guqin and light paiban. Lingwan is a voice brief. It shares words with the 3:02 ballad but retains its own identity; a brief is not verified traditional-vocal listening evidence.
