Inside the song and film

[Intro] [Verse 1] We walked in the moonlight three shadows light, so light nobody spoke only stars listened footsteps falling slow like wind into a breath the moon so near as if it heard our hearts [Verse 2] We stood upon the white sphere no sound at all, no direction the earth far off and blue like a dream our hair lifting slowly up like a sigh past the sky everything is light only a little feeling left [Chorus] We have been to the moon and come back beside you carrying a beam of light set down in the night nothing was said but it is not empty now somewhere very far away we have a moon [Instrumental] [Verse 3] On the road back to the world everything looks as it was but that quiet is still on my heart when the night goes deep the whole world sleeping sound we still have somewhere to go to fly that field of stars [Outro] We run to the moon in the soundless dark close your eyes and go walk the moon palace again
