[Verse 1] The wind came just in time and lifted the ends of my hair the crowd broke open like water and I walked slowly in Someone glanced at me once I pretended not to see by the time I turned to look he was already far [Pre-Chorus] It's as if this one moment is quieter than the rest even the air has slowed to breathe along with me [Chorus] It's only that a little light fell on the ground where I walked by nobody said anything at all and still it wasn't the same I wasn't after anything I only swayed a little, slow if this moment must be kept then let it stay like this [Verse 2] The lamp at the door is warm laughter goes once around I haven't learned the names I nod as if I heard Someone turns around, slow and leaves their eyes on this side I still did not say a word but something moved in me [Pre-Chorus] This small amount of change can't be said and needn't be just let the time itself come slowly to know [Chorus] It's only that a little light fell on the ground where I walked by nobody said anything at all and still it wasn't the same I wasn't after anything I only swayed a little, slow if this moment must be kept then let it stay like this [Bridge] Don't ask how far I'll go the road is still ahead this little bit of light is enough to hold me here [Outro] I only sway a little, slow then let it stay like this I only sway a little, slow then let it stay like this
