Wine, fragrant grasses and measured drums give a ceremonial welcome gentle light.

Jade sounds and orchid scent let a welcome unfold slowly.
Chinese Chu Ci welcome-song brief · hulusi and gentle drums
The text brings an auspicious day, jade ornaments and a fragrant hall together, then moves from gifts and wine towards drums and reed-and-string instruments. Sections labelled original alternate with a newly written welcome refrain. Solemnity leaves room for an unhurried song; the additions are not presented as wholly ancient text.
The public concept meets a Chu Ci welcome-to-a-deity subject with a Dai female-voice direction, hulusi, bamboo flute, guqin and soft ceremonial drums. Cultural labels describe arrangement ideas, not a singer’s verified ethnicity, a traditional ritual recording or a recovered ancient score. This Chinese source retains its own identity.
