No lamp, but every step is known.
Esperanto · Bollywood-Hindustani-coloured ballad · 74 BPM
The road home is long, but the feet know every step. Bends learned as a boy remain familiar even when the eyes have lost something. Walking without a lamp need not mean walking without direction.
No one waits in the dark house, yet the door still knows the weight of the speaker’s hand. The ending does not restore the past. Step after step, night after night, arriving remains something one can do.
The creative direction sets 74 BPM with tanpura drone, tabla, bansuri and sitar answering the lead, surrounded by wide strings, bass and drums. A final key lift gives the brief returning Esperanto lines room to open. The arrangement’s cultural colouring does not change the lyric’s language.
