2026-09-22 · 2:27

Grandma mends clothes under a tree while a child tells the day’s stories. A little stool keeps the courtyard’s osmanthus scent alive in dreams.

Still waiting, years later.

The stool by the door and the old lamp inside make somewhere to sit. Grandma stitches; the child tells new stories to the courtyard moon. Company needs no grand speech—only someone willing to listen.

The creative direction places nylon guitar, soft guzheng, dizi, felt piano and solo cello in a gentle 6/8 sway. A simple pentatonic melody and an unforced youthful storytelling voice leave room for the courtyard’s quiet.

Rice steams from the stove; an old clock keeps slow, steady time. At the end, the stool guards the door in a dream. Long after childhood, a familiar place can still be waiting for our return.
